We were asked to provide a bespoke and compact 4K minicam setup, as well as full sized cameras for this remarkable expedition to find Shackleton’s lost ship Endurance. The Panasonic DC-BGH1 was chosen for its compact size and high-quality images. Recording to SSD with a bespoke audio and timecode setup this rig was used to document the scientists work to locate the wreck. We also provided ruggedised and weatherproofed Sony FX6s to capture the rest of the series.
