Sam is a Director of Photography and Camera Operator with 12 years experience in the TV industry, mainly specialising in Documentary, Drama doc and reality. He’s comfortable with fast turnaround, run and gun documentaries, all the way through to meticulously planned cinematic drama and pre title sequences.He is based in Winchester, but his work takes him all over the world – most recently to the Caribbean and USA. With a background as a camera assistant and focus puller in TV drama, documentaries and reality, Sam prides himself on his versatile and broad knowledge of different approaches to cinematography and camerawork, which in practice aids his ability to deliver the highest standard and most suitable visual style for any shoot.
